麻辣香锅香辣虾

原料:鲜虾、香芹段、莲藕片、香芹
调料:蒜片、葱、姜片、香菜段,干辣椒、红油辣酱、、白糖、盐、酱油、绍酒、熟白芝麻

做法:

  1. 虾洗净,去须,背部用刀开边去沙线,洗净待用。锅内做少许油,放入藕片煸炒
  2. 葱姜蒜炸透,下入红油辣酱、干辣椒,翻炒出香味烧至六七成热时,
  3. 放入虾,盖盖炸约1分钟,煸至外焦里嫩
  4. 加入豆豉辣酱,继续煸炒
  5. 放入香芹
  6. 放入煸好的藕片
  7. 加入盐、白糖、酱油、绍酒调味、最后加芝麻,翻炒均匀,装盘、撒香菜即可。
