酱汁烤鸭胸

【材料】:鸭胸2条,葱姜少许

【调料】:生抽1小勺,老抽1大勺,糖1小勺,盐1/4小勺,胡椒粉1/2小勺,甜面酱1大 勺,料酒2大勺

【做法】:

  1. 鸭胸用叉子在皮上扎些小洞,把所有调料混合均匀;用调料拌匀鸭胸放保鲜盒腌制至少1夜,
  2. 腌好的鸭胸放架子上晾一下
  3. 烤箱200度,中层烤15分钟
  4. 取出刷上腌制鸭胸的料汁,继续烤10分钟即可
